This pouch was created for operators that work in challenging tactical conditions requiring an instant reaction to emergency situations, casualties in particular.

Ability to pull out the first aid insert from four sides. Can be pulled from both sides, down or up.
Elastic tabs at the top and bottom of the external pouch allows you to fit additional medical gear and keep it secure.
Wide velcro-panel for attachment of different medical, moral or unit patches.
