This tab created for magazine reliable retention in Dagger Alpha Chest Rig. Fast mount and dismount with a special strap, that’s attached by hook-n-loop and webbing on the closest  to body side of chest rig. Shockcord length allows to adapt this retainer for different magazine heights. Designed to be used with the Dagger Alpha magazine inserts.
