External features:

• The backpack is equipped with three transport handles: one vertical and two lateral, allowing for comfortable hand carrying.

• Two interchangeable scissor fasteners allow placement anywhere on the backpack with MOLLE straps. 

• The interchangeable pocket for gloves provides access to medical gloves without taking the backpack off, from any position.

• The backpack features two external quick-access pockets on the front: a small horizontal pocket (for storing hemostatic agents) and a vertical pass-through pocket, accessible from both outside and inside the chest rig (which can be useful for transporting tourniquets and dressings, required for both primary and detailed examination of the wounded). The external pockets are recommended for carrying essential medical supplies, such as hemostatics and tourniquets.

• On the back of the backpack, there is a large mesh pocket with sufficient stretch, allowing for the storage of long and bulky items (e.g., "sam splint" type splints or thermal blankets).

• On the upper front part of the backpack, there is a wide Velcro strip, providing the ability to mark the backpack according to your needs and objectives.

• The backpack can now be opened in a single motion thanks to its new fastening system.

•  At the bottom of the backpack, there is a MOLLE system allowing for the attachment of a litter.

•  The backpack has an additional MOLLE system on the sides and the front, allowing for the attachment of compatible MOLLE PALS equipment.

Internal features:

• The front part is equipped with two mesh pockets, access to the pass-through external pocket, and a Velcro panel for placing a small medical panel.

• On the back, there are two Velcro strips for securing pouches.

• There are two large mesh pockets on the rear sides of the backpack. 

• The backpack's capacity allows for accommodating an additional medical insert pouch.

The medical insert pouch consists of two interconnected panels. The rear one contains a system of straps and bands where ampoules of any size can be securely fixed (while keeping the labels visible), as well as syringes, small surgical instruments, and bulky items such as intubation tubes, and more. The front panel has two flat elastic mesh pockets, which are ideal for storing bandages, dressings, and other flat, bulky items.
